Franck Guillaumin

Between Europe and Canada, he has honed his skills in luxury environments, gaining a thorough understanding of stain, lacquer and paint applications. An uncompromising standard and emphasis on training helps him execute new homes ranging from 5,000 to 21,000 square feet at a high level. Franck is also a commissioned artist.

One of PLP’s most talented journeymen, James is usually working on our most important luxury projects. Since moving from Ireland two years ago, James has built a strong reputation from leading by example every day and aiming to exceed expectations.

After gaining 20 years of experience as a journeyman painter, there isn't much that surprises Mike. He runs a tight ship on every project, but the result is always an A+. Mike also takes a lot of pride in training our Apprentices, and overseeing their long-term development.

Miguel Minondo

Seven years of operating boom-lifts, and hanging off 30 storey buildings in bosun chairs, Miguel is one of our top exterior experts. His experience is essential on larger projects with access challenges. Also, he has a full understanding of film thickness for specialty coatings, concrete preparation techniques and passing inspections from the Master Painter's Institute.

Parvesh Dadra

One of the newest additions to the PLP team, Parvesh’s work ethic, willingness to learn and apply new techniques has helped him quickly move up the ranks. The first one to show up and last to leave, his dedication to the painting trade will open up many doors for him in a bright future.

Beginning as an apprentice in 2016, Adam has surpassed all expectations by already taking an integral leadership role in the company. His uncompromising standards for surface preparation and strong communication skills are his strongest attributes.
